Shipping & Returns

Order Processing:

Please allow 1 business day to process and pack your order (this excludes the day you place your order).
In some cases, one additional day to process and pack your order may be needed.
Processing and packing time DOES NOT include weekends or holidays.
Processing and packing time is in addition to shipping transit time.

Shipping:

All Scrubs In Fashion websites that sell medical apparel, including this one, provide a FLAT RATE shipping and handling fee of $8.95 wherein the customer is charged the same shipping rate independent of the number of items or the weight of the package. See details below.

*48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C.:

UPS Ground Shipping and Handling: $8.95 (all orders under $99).
UPS Third Day Air and Handling: $18.50 (all orders).
FREE UPS Ground Shipping: All orders $99 and more.
A UPS Tracking Number will be provided the day after your order is processed with UPS.
 P.O. BOX delivery address will ship United States Postal Service. Package tracking information is not provided.

*Alaska and Hawaii:

  • All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will ship United States Postal Service.
  • An additional surcharge of $10.00 will be applied to our standard shipping and handling fee of $8.95.
  • FREE shipping option for orders $99 and over is not available to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • UPS Third Day Air option is NOT available.

*International Shipping:

  • At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Acceptance:

All orders ship “SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED” as most of our customers are not available during standard delivery hours to personally receive their package. It will be the customer’s responsibility to notify the carrier, neighbors, doormen, building managers, etc. of the pending delivery if there is any concern over leaving the package at a residence or place of work.
As we utilize third party delivery service (UPS and USPS), please note that it is up to the delivery driver to determine and ensure the safe arrival of your order
If you have provided a wrong shipping address, request address forwarding assistance, refuse the shipment, or have moved without providing the proper address, you will be charged any additional shipping fees that we incur.

Exchange & Return Policy:

  • We accept returns up to 45 days from the day the item(s) is shipped.
  • Returned items must have a completed Return/Exchange Form (see link below).
  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returned items. There is no restocking fee for exchanged items.

  • Defective items must be returned within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • All other conditions apply from our Return Policy.
